As an apex institution for educational planning and management, NAEM has good training facilities. The lush green environment, the central location with all sorts of living facilities add to the grandeur of the institution. Spread over an area of approximately 8 acres, NAEM offers the following facilities:

Class and Seminar Rooms

NAEM has modern and well-equipped classrooms, a couple of seminar/conference rooms and two auditoriums.There is a six storied Academic Building providing modern facilities to hold training sessions.

Library & Documentation

NAEM has a resourceful library and documentation unit under Research and Documentation Division with valuable books, magazines, periodicals, journals, reports and other national and international publications. This unit provides support to the learning needs of different training courses and research work. Books are categorized into 10 major titles. These are generalities, philosophy & related discipline, religion, social science, language, pure science, technology, arts, literature and general geography & history. Under these categories there are 42,129 books in the library.There are 4729 different kinds of documents in this unit.

Computer Unit

The Academy has a well equipped Computer Unit. In the age of information technology, the applications of computer is essential in the daily official activities and correspondence. The institutions also aims to develop the participants of different training courses with sustainable training on computer applications. Keeping the view in mind, the computer unit has been established. It has three laboratory of 25 computers each. NAEM has a Website, Local Area Network (LAN), 2Mbps broadband lines.

Language Center

As The Academy has established well equipped two language Centers for the purpose of enriching English Language proficiency to the trainees of different training courses at NAEM. The Language Centers having audio visual appliances provide the trainees with the practical ideas of teaching learning English in a communicative approach. Each language center contains 40 students booth having audio equipment.

Accommodation

NAEM provides hostel facilities to the trainees, both male and female. There are five hostel buildings with a capacity of 445 seats. There is provision for family accommodation of 13 faculty members, including the Director General's bungalow and 24 staff.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria provides regular meals to the trainees on campus.  It can accommodate 300 people at a time.

Medical Care

There is a Medical Unit consisting of a doctor's chamber and a dispensary. The unit is supervised by a Medical Officer and a Medical Assistant.

Gymnasium

NAEM has a gymnasium providing facilities for physical exercise of the trainees and faculties as well.

 
Generator

There is a 24-hour stand-by generator at NAEM ensuring adequate power supply in case of regular power failure.
